300 g Brussels sprouts
200 g pumpkin
2 h. l. almond flakes
1 nutmeg - pinch
For the sauce:
1 Art. l. wheat flour

1/2 glass sour cream
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Brussels sprouts disassemble on kochanchiki. With the help of a special device pumpkin cut into balls.
Prepared cabbage simmered in salted water until soft.
For the sauce, saut the flour in butter, sour cream dilute, salt, pepper and cook for 7 minutes.
Cabbage connect with pumpkin, pour prepared sauce, season with nutmeg and simmer for 10 minutes.
