Soup with Brussels sprouts
500 g Brussels sprouts
2 carrots
1 a bunch of parsley
vegetable oil
spices
salt
Peel carrots, slice it thinly.
Lightly saute carrots in butter.
Pour into a saucepan, 2 liters of water, bring to boil, put in the cabbage, boil for 7 minutes, the carrots, salt, add spices to taste, cook another 15-20 moment.
Serve the soup with Brussels sprouts, adding the greens.
