Children soup with Brussels sprouts
100 g beef
1.4 glass broth
4 Brussels sprouts
1 potato tuber
? carrots
1 pinch of dill and parsley
1 h. l. sour cream
? h. l. salts solution
Prepare the broth, boil the meat in water and adding root.
Cut cabbages from the stem, soak for half an hour in cold water, rinse, dipped in boiling water, bring to a boil, immediately remove the cabbage, put it in the hot broth.
In the boiling broth add the sliced potatoes into cubes and cook soup for children with Brussels sprouts until vegetables are tender about 20 minutes.
