The curd dumplings with plums
350-500 g cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. butter

1 glass flour
For the filling:
2 Cup plum-Hungarian (diced)
2 tbsp. sugar
It is very tender and delicious Ukrainian dumplings of cottage cheese dough that will appeal to both children and adults. Serve them as a dessert or cold, and for the filling to use instead of plums apples.
Curd grind in a meat grinder or RUB through a sieve, mix with egg, sour cream, sugar, salt, mix thoroughly curd dough - you can use this mixer.
Gradually pour in the dough a little more cups of flour - the dough should be elastic, soft, leave it for 15 minutes
Plums cut into cubes and cover with sugar.
Roll out the dough in a layer about 3 mm thick, using a glass to cut out circles, each put 1 teaspoon of filling to shape dumplings.
To cook the curd dumplings with plums: place in boiling water, stir with a wooden spatula, cook after floating on low heat for 5-7 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon, serve with butter.
