1 glass wheat flour

150 g cheese

Knead the dough from flour, salt and water, roll it to a thickness of 0.2 cm and cut out circles with a diameter of 8 see

Chop the spinach and combine it with the pre-grated grated cheese, pepper, salt and stir.

On each circle of dough put the minced spinach, sumipntg edges of the dough, sformovat manti.

Cook dumplings steamed for 30 minutes.
