Dumplings with spinach
For the dough:
2 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
0.5 h. l. salt
For the filling:
300 g spinach
50 g butter
0.5 glass flour
0.25 glass cream
Boil the spinach in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Tilt in a colander and rub through a sieve.
In a frying pan, melt the butter, enter the flour, pour in the cream, add the pureed spinach. Season with salt and cook, stirring, until thickened.
Of flour, 0.75 cups of water and salt dough. Thinly roll out and cut a small glass mugs.
In the middle of each lay out the filling, make small dumplings, stung edges of the dough. Boil in salted water until ascent. Serve hot.
