Dumplings-buttons
1 pcs. Egg;
200 g Cottage Cheese
1 Art. l. Wheat flour;
1 Art. l. Semolina;
20 g Butter;
1 pcs. Carrot;
30 ml Sour Cream;
2 Art. l. Sugar;
Salt
Cottage cheese in a blender grind, add flour, egg, sugar, semolina, butter and knead into a stiff dough. Roll tourniquet 2-3 cm in diameter, cut into slices the thickness of 8-10 mm. Each piece of toothpick to make two holes. Carrots cut into thin cubes (better to use a shredder for Korean dishes) and vdet in both holes.
Cook in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Serve the dumplings hot with sour cream.
