Cherry mousse for semolina
What you need:
150 g cherry
2 Art. l. semolina
1 glass sugar
citric acid cherry
Cherry loop through, wash, remove seeds, leaving a few cherries for decoration. Simmered with the addition of part-time cup of water until tender.
Refrigerate. Rub through a sieve with the broth, add sugar, 2 pinches of citric acid, bring to a boil. In the resulting broth Stir in a thin stream of semolina and boil while stirring for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
