Cherry jelly
800 ml water
800 g cherries
150 g sugar
40 g starch
Remove the stalk from the cherries, remove the seeds, rub through a sieve or a large berry twist in a meat grinder, put the resulting mash in cheesecloth, squeeze the juice from the berries, remove it in the cold.
Pour the berries pressed water, bring to a boil, drain, pour in the broth sugar, once again bring to a boil.
Dilute the starch in a small amount of cold water or broth, pour in the hot broth, stirring, boil until jelly desired thickness, remove from heat.
Pour into jelly cherry juice, mix well.
Next, pour cherry jelly soaked with water kremanki or molds, cool, then serve on a dessert plate and garnish with fresh cherries and candied fruits.
