500 g cherry/cherry
3 glass water
1 pinch of cinnamon
3 tbsp. white wine
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. potato starch

Remove from berries, seeds, place the pan in the pulp, add the cinnamon, zest, wine, pour water, bring to boil and then peel to remove.
In cold boiled water to dissolve the starch, pour in the pudding, again bring to a boil.

Sweet puff wreath
You will need:
250 g puff pastry
100 g raisins
50 g chocolate
1/2 Cup nuts
Method of preparation:
Roll out the dough with a cloth approximately 30 25 see
Rinse raisins, RUB chocolate grated, crushed nuts.
Sprinkle the dough with all the toppings evenly, cut in half lengthwise, roll two roll, sumipntg edge.
Wrap rolls around each other, to connect the ends - you will get oped ring, to make each curl small sections.
Bake sweet puff wreath in a preheated 200 degree oven before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
