Cranberry jelly
120 g cranberry
100 g sugar
80 g starch
1 l water
Prepared from cranberry squeeze the juice. From pulp to prepare the broth and strain. Part of the broth to cool and dilute its starch.
In the remaining broth, add sugar, bring to boil and while stirring pour the diluted starch. Cook at low boil for 6-8 minutes and pour the juice.
Pour the pudding into molds and cool.
