Kissel from cherries or plums
1 glass cherries (drained)
? glass sugar
2-3 Art. l. starch
Rinse the berries, remove the seeds, pour hot water pits, bring to a boil, then strain the broth.
Connect berries and a half of sugar, leave for an hour in the cold, highlight juice drained into a separate bowl.
Berries add the broth from the bones, bring to a boil, boil for 10-15 minutes, then wipe.
Add remaining sugar jelly, bring to a boil again, add the starch diluted with water, juice, mix well.
Serve pudding cherries or plums chilled.
