Compote of fresh apples and cherries
300 g apples
200 g cherries
3/4 glass sugar
Cherry wash in cold water, remove seeds and put on the one-disc too. Cherry stones pour 2 cups of hot water, boil and through a hair sieve drain the juice into a saucepan. In the resulting juice add sugar, stir, put the peeled and diced apples and cook at a slow boil for 10 minutes, until the apples are soft. Then add the cherry compote and bring to a boil.
