Compote with dried apricots and cherries
1 l water
200 g apricots
200 g cherry
1 glass sugar
For the compote should take sweet apricot and sour cherry.
Wash the apricots and cherries in cold water.
In a saucepan, add sugar, add a little warm water to dissolve the sugar, pour a liter of cold water, bring to boil, add fruit.
Again, to bring all to a boil, immediately remove from heat, cover, and thus leave to cool.
Serve the compote with dried apricots and cherries with ice.
