Cherry compote with dried apricots
200 g cherry
200 g dried apricots
1 glass sugar
1 l water
Sugar dissolve in water, bring to the boil, put the apricots and simmer 10 minutes, add cherries. Once again bring the juice to a boil, remove from heat and refrigerate, covered.
When serving, pour the juice into glasses and add the pieces of food ice.
