Mousse with dried apricots
3-4 Art. l. fruit juice
2 Art. l. sour cream
50 g dried apricots
Grind grated or dried apricots in a blender, mix with the juice and leave for 5-10 minutes, then add the sour cream, lightly beaten with a fork mousse with dried apricots.
