Soup with dried apricots, cream and cinnamon
9 fruits dried apricots
3 glass water
2 tbsp. cream or sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. potato starch
1/5 tsp. cinnamon
Go through, then carefully wash the apricots and fill it with cold water.
Cook apricots, covered, until tender, ready to wipe with broth.
Add the mashed cinnamon, sugar, water, bring to boil, then pour diluted in water starch, again bring the soup to a boil.
Served the soup with dried apricots, cream and cinnamon with sour cream or cream.
