Cold soup with dried fruits and bread
6 slices of rye bread
100 g dried fruits (dried apricots, raisins, prunes)
8 tbsp. sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
? lemon (juice)
2 l water
Thoroughly dry the bread and fill it with boiling water, to swell leave the lid, wipe.
Cook the dried fruit until tender, add sugar, cool.
Combine dried fruit with bread, mix well, add the cinnamon and lemon juice.
