Children's salad with dried fruits
150 cabbage
100 g dried apricots
70 g pitted prunes
1 carrot
2 Art. l. olive oil
sugar
Cut the cabbage into thin strips, simmered in butter (1 tablespoon), allow to cool.
Boil, then allow to cool dried apricots, prunes, cut into strips.
All the ingredients to combine, add to the children's salad with dried fruit sugar and butter and mix.
