Soup of dried fruits
1 glass rice
6 PCs dried figs
150 g dried apricots
150 g prunes
150 g raisins
3 l water
sugar
Pour the rice with boiling water 1:2, cook for 20 minutes, drain in a colander and rinse.
Pour boiling water over dried fruit, add sugar and cook until tender. Add the rice and bring the soup to a boil, immediately remove from heat.
The soup can be served hot or cold.
