Pilaf with dried fruit and nuts
2 glass rice
200 ml water
100 g dried apricots, prunes and raisins
5 walnuts
2 tbsp. honey
salt to taste
Cook in salted water rice until soft, then add the raisins, sliced into strips dried apricots and prunes. Nuts, peel, mash and fry, then add the rice. Bring pilaf until tender, add the honey, stir and let sit.
