Pilaf with dried apricots
1 glass long-grain rice
100 g dried apricots
1 garlic clove
2 onions
4 tbsp. raisins without seeds
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. peeled pine nuts
3 glass beef broth
? tsp. ground saffron
salt
Pour the dried apricots with hot water, to stand before swelling, rinse, cut into strips.
Garlic and onions cut into small cubes, fry in butter, add broth, apricots, salt and simmer for 10 minutes
Add rice, simmer for 15 minutes without stirring, add pre-steamed raisins, saffron, pine nuts, cook for another 5 minutes
