200 g rice
100 g dried apricots
100 g raisins
5 eggs
70 g pickled grapes
3-4 apple
200 g sour cream
3 Art. l. honey
Boil rice in salted water, fold in a sieve. Dried apricots and raisins, rinse, cover with hot water, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then drain the water and dry with a little dried fruit. Apple peel, cut into cubes. Pickled grapes fold in a sieve. Products mix, season with sour cream, mixed with honey.
Ready salad garnish with raisins, dried apricots and grapes.
