Cherry compote with honey
3 kg cherry
2 kg cherry
1 Art. l. rum
In a wide saucepan, melt the honey, bring to a boil, cover cherries prepared so that it was completely covered with honey, and give a little boil, removing the images under this foam. Cherry quickly remove with a slotted spoon of honey and immediately put into prepared jars. Honey boil and pour over the cherries. In each jar add a little rum. Banks quickly cork wrapped in a blanket and let stand until cool compote.
