Fruit compote with honey
300 g berries or fruit
75 g honey
1 l compote
saffron or vanilla - pinch
Fresh fruit (apples without core, peaches, seedless grapes), taken in equal quantities, rinse, cover with water and bring to boil. Then put the honey and cook over low heat until tender. At the end of cooking add the saffron or vanilla, cover tightly and refrigerate.
