Peach compote with vanilla

4 pcs. peaches

1 lemon peel

1/2 glass sugar

1 vanilla - pod

3 glass water

Peaches pour over hot water, remove the peel.

Pour hot water, add sugar, zest, vanilla and bring to a boil. Refrigerate.

Serve with ice.
