Cake with lemon (2)
1 glass wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
3 tbsp. sugar - 1/2 Cup for the dough and stuffing
100 g butter
1 PCs egg yolk
vanilla sugar , salt to taste
1/2 glass cream thick
3 PCs egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. lemon peel
In the flour, put the sugar, salt, add the butter, cut into large cubes and stir. Add egg yolk, vanilla sugar, stir again and straite ball. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, put into the form and bake in the oven until tender, then reduce heat.
For filling all products (cream, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, zest) shake, put on the surface of the baked crust and place the pan in the oven for another 15 minutes.
Serve the cake, and decorate with slices and lemon zest.
