300 g shortbread dough�

5 pcs. egg

1 glass sugar

1 glass lemon juice

1 glass thick cream

Roll out the dough and place in the form nakolite fork.

Cover the cake sheet of foil, sprinkle on top of dry beans. Bake the flan in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190 � C.

Whisk the eggs with the sugar, pour the lemon juice. Whip cream and connect with the egg-sugar mixture.

From the finished flan remove beans and foil. Fill flan filling and bake slightly.

When submitting complete your zest, lemon slices, orange and mint leaves.
