300 g dough

5 eggs

1 glass heavy cream

1 glass sugar

1 glass lemon juice

Roll out the dough, put it in the pan, prick with a fork, cover with foil and sprinkle the top with dried beans, and bake the flan at a temperature of 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Beat eggs with sugar, add the lemon juice to combine everything with whipped cream.

Before serving decorate the cake with lemon slices and mint leaves.
