Mint fish
1 Bird trout (for this dish is best trout, but you can use any other large fish)
mint leaves
1-2 lemon
salt
Clean the fish, wash, dry and sprinkle with salt inside and out. Put the fish in a greased foil and beginning to its lemon slices and chopped fresh mint. Also sprinkle the top with mint and wrap foil.
Bake in oven fish 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the fish. Within a few minutes until cooked, expand the edges of the foil and remove the mint from the surface of fish, to form a golden brown. Remove the lemon and mint inside. Serve fish with fresh mint leaves and lemon.
