Tea sparkling mint
300 ml mineral water
75 g sugar
12 of mint leaves
4 slices of lemon
4 tbsp. tea
ice
Tea to pour into the pot, pour 600 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes to leave, then through a sieve to pour into another container, add sugar, put mint leaves, give the tea to cool, then pour mineral water, stir.
Serve mint tea carbonated, garnish each mug with a slice of lemon and crushed ice.
