The juice of currants and mint
50 g the black currant juice
30 g fresh mint
2 glass water
1 glass the black currant juice (optional)
3 tbsp. honey
Pour the mint leaves and the juice of currants water, bring to the boil on a moderate fire to boil for 2-3 minutes, then leave for 20 minutes and allow to cool completely.
Cooked strain the broth, pour another glass of currant juice, add honey, mix well.
Apply the juice of currants and mint, putting glasses on 2-3 pieces of ice.
