Apples, pickled with red currant
1.5 kg small apples
600 ml water
500 g red currant
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons salt
currant leaves and cherry
Apples are washed, with a wooden toothpick prick in several places.
Rinse, dry leaves and cherry smorodny.
Currants washed, but not removed from the twigs.
Lay the leaves of cherry and currant on the bottom of a sterilized jar.
Share on leaves apples and currants.
Boil water syrup, sugar and salt.
Pour hot syrup apples, cork apples, pickled with red currants, cover, then remove to store in a cool dark place.
