Apples in currant juice
1 kg apples
1 kg black currant (or red)
Black or red currants removed with a brush, remove diseased and immature berries, well washed and steamed in a pan, covered with a small amount of water. Hot mass rubbed through a sieve and fill the jars halfway. Apples cut into slices, clean and remove the core, put in jars of juice so that they are fully immersed in it. Level juice must be 1-2 cm below the neck. Banks are sterilized in boiling water: half-liter jars - 25-30 minutes, liter and two-liter - 30-35 minutes.
