Cherry compote with black currant
1 kg cherry
100 g blackberry
to fill:
1 l water
300 g sugar
Berries are carefully washed, separated from the peduncle and put in jars on the shoulders. Pour the hot syrup and sterilized in boiling water: half-liter jars - 15-20 minutes, liter - 20-25, three-liter - 45 minutes.
