syrup:
1 l water
0.7 kg sugar - 0.5
Cherries are sorted out, cleaned of debris and peduncle. Cherry remove seeds and fruits are placed tightly in jars on the shoulders. To seal the cherries, banks periodically being shaken. Pour hot cherry syrup and sterilized: liter cans - 15 minutes, three-liter - 30 min.
