Currant-apple-honey-walnut jam "Assorted"
1 kg honey
500 g red currant
500 g blackcurrant
500 g apples
500 g sugar
1.5 cup walnuts
Bust, then rinse all the berries, put in a saucepan and pour 200 ml of water, turn on low heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook until tender, softened currants crush using tolkushkoy or rub through a sieve.
In an enamel bowl put the sugar and honey, put on a moderate fire and melt until smooth.
Apples cut into small slices, nuts, grind or chop, add the apples and nuts to the sugar-honey weight, stir, then add the currants and agile over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about an hour.
Ready currant-apple-honey-walnut jam "Assorted" expanded in sterilized jars and sealed cork with metal lids.
