Jam honey with apples and cranberries
3 kg honey
1 kg apples
1 kg Cranberry
1 glass shelled walnuts
For apples cored, cut them into small slices.
Rinse berries and prepare, put in a saucepan, add water and cook until tender berries, then rub through a sieve.
Honey boil, add the mashed berries and apples, cover nuts, jam for an hour.
