Canned apples "Dessert"
2 kg apples
1 l water
100 g honey
5 g salt
Bring water to a boil, dissolve the salt in it, and honey, let cool.
Place the apples in small jars, pour the cooked marinade, close the plastic lid, remove the canned apples "Dessert" in a cool place.
This recipe canning apples can also be supplemented with Melissa, mint, oregano, black or red berries currant, raspberry, sea buckthorn and rowan. A portion of the water in the marinade substitute apple juice.
