300 g currant red or white or black

1 l water

1/2 glass sugar

Berries grind in a blender.

Pour the juice.

Berry pulp, cover with water, add the sugar

and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain.

Pour freshly squeezed juice and bring to a boil.

Cool.

Serve in tall glasses with added ice.
