2 l water

500 g blackcurrant

20 black currant leaves

1/2 h. l. 20 g of fresh yeast (. Dry Yeast)

0.5-1 glass sugar

On this recipe becomes quite sour brew, so if you do brew of black currant for the first time, try to take half of each ingredient.

Currants washed, mash, put in a 3 liter jar, add sugar.

Currant leaves boiled for 5 minutes in a saucepan with 2 liters of water, then pour into a jar with berries boiling broth, along with the leaves.

Leave a brew to cool down until warm, then remove the leaves and add yeast.

Leave blackcurrant brew at room temperature. Brew is ready, when the yeast odor disappears - from 2 to 7 days, will depend on the room temperature.

Filter the finished brew into bottles through a dense fabric store brew of black currant in the refrigerator.
