Dark brew on rice
10 l water
1 kg sugar
20 g ordinary bread yeast
10 g citric acid
1 Art. l. rice
1 h. l. vanillin (possible, to taste)
Overcook a pan 250 g of sugar, it should slightly from burning, connect with the remaining ingredients (750 g sugar, citric acid, rice, vanilla and yeast diluted in warm water), 10 l pour lukewarm water.
Leave a dark brew on rice to ferment for 10-15 hours. This brew is excellent invigorates.
