Brew - drink beggars and kings
500 g Rye crackers
40 g Yeast
200 g Sugar
50 g Raisins
5-10 PCs Shoots of fresh mint
3 PCs Leaves of black currant
4 l Water
Bread cut into slices and dried in the oven until dark brown. Crackers pour boiling water over and let stand in warm place for 3-4 hours. Must be filtered through several layers of gauze, add sugar, dissolved in a Cup of yeast, mint, currant leaves, cover the dishes with a cloth, then allow the brew to brew in a warm place for 10-12 hours. Then mash again strain, pour into bottles and refrigerate. After three days the brew is ready.
Foaming will, almost champagne-like. Truly, drink beggars and kings!
