Simple home kvass
5 glass water
6 slices of rye bread
1 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. fast yeast
Dry bread in the oven, pour hot water, leave for 5 hours.
The mixture is then strain, add yeast and sugar, put the brew to ferment in a warm place.
When fermentation is complete, brew filter.
Kvass pour into containers and put into the refrigerator, simple home kvass served chilled.
