Marinated in kvass pork
1 kg pork
2-3 cloves garlic
1 the beam parsley
7 tbsp. melted fat pork
salt
Marinade:
2 sweet red pepper
1 head onions
500 ml bread kvass
Bay leaf
Cut meat slices, put in a ceramic bowl, add the Bay leaf and chopped sweet pepper rings, chopped onion, pour a brew, put into the refrigerator for two days.
To get the meat from the marinade, napkins dry, RUB passed through the press garlic mixed with salt, put on the grill, 50 min fry, pouring melted fat.
Before serving marinated in kvass pork sprinkled with chopped parsley.
