Salad with cheese, vegetables and grilled chicken
For grilled chicken:
500 g chicken breast
2 cloves of garlic
1 Art. l. water
1 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. chili
? h. l. black pepper
? h. l. salt
For the salad:
110 g cheese
1-2 of head lettuce
1 boiled corn cob
some corn to choose? we'll show
1 sweet red pepper
1 head of red onion
1 bundle of cilantro
1 avocado
1 lime (juice)
? tomatoes
chips
hot sauce
Finely chop the garlic, heat the oven to 180 degrees, mix garlic, black pepper, chili pepper, olive oil, water and salt until smooth.
Good rub marinade chicken breasts, leave for 15-20 minutes, then fry on the grill on each side for 10 minutes.
Rinse all the vegetables for a salad, remove the kernels of corn from the cob, finely chop onion, cheese rub on a grater, mix all the vegetables and cheese.
Chicken breasts chopped, add to the salad.
Before serving, sprinkle salad with cheese, vegetables and grilled chicken with spicy sauce.
