Roasted chicken Breasts with salt in Japanese
4 chicken breast
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. vodka
1/2 tbsp. salt
Breast rinse, Pat dry, sprinkle with vodka, 10 min to leave, then RUB with salt, put down the skin on the grill preheated oven (or strung on skewers).
Fry the Breasts for 3-4 minutes, then reduce oven heat and cook for another 5-8 minutes, flip, cook for 3-4 minutes
These grilled chicken Breasts with salt in Japanese is supposed to be fried, but juicy, breast served warm with rice or steamed vegetables, potatoes, green salad, cold they can be served with lemon.
