Chicken breast "in French"
4 chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic
1 onions
1 bouillon cube
1 bay leaves
200 g canned tomatoes
150 g fresh frozen peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
150 g rice
5 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. chopped parsley
1 Art. l. chopped green basil
ground black pepper

It is tender and juicy dish is suitable as the first on New Year's table, a simple but ingenious way of cooking chicken, which does not require special ingredients.
Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and fry them on the part of the oil.
Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry in the remaining oil, add a cube, pre-dissolved in 1 cup water, chopped greens and canned tomatoes, bring to a boil, then enter the rice and simmer for 10 minutes.
By steamed vegetables add the peas and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the breast, simmer until cooked all for 2 minutes before end of cooking add the bay leaf.
Before serving, put steamed vegetables with rice and chicken breasts on a platter and garnish with greens.
