Pilaf with chicken and pork
600 g chicken
200 g pork
200 g rice
2 glass chicken or meat broth
200 g Canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
160 g red pepper pickled or letcho
80 g onion
80 g vegetable oil
70 g tomato puree
salt

Moved and washed rice fried in butter. Pork cut into small cubes and fry with the tomatoes. Carcass chicken chop (3 pieces per serving) and fry, add finely chopped onion.
In a roasting pan put the fried rice, pork and chicken with onion, pour the broth, salt and simmer over low heat. 10 minutes until cooked add the peas and pickled peppers or letcho.
When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs pilaf.
