Chicken soup with brown rice

800 g chicken broth
1 tomato
1 sweet red pepper
1 carrot

2 Art. l. chopped herbs

Boil the chicken in salted water, separate the fillet from the bones, chop it into strips, drain the broth.
Chop the onion, peppers and carrots into small cubes, fry in a little oil. Scald the tomatoes, remove their skin and cut into slices.
Pour the washed rice into the boiling chicken broth, bring it to a boil, cook for 10 minutes, add fry vegetables, tomatoes and chicken. Salt soup and cook it until tender.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
